MA Christian Spirituality

Sarum College’s MA in Christian Spirituality is the UK’s only ecumenical master’s degree in the field.

The search for spirituality is one of the most enduring aspects of Western cultures.

The word ‘spirituality’ stands for the way we search for meaning and seek to live out our fundamental beliefs and values in everyday life. In Christian terms, spirituality refers to the way our fundamental beliefs, values and practices reflect our understanding of and relationship with God.

This programme offers the opportunity to study this exciting and dynamic field in depth from theological, pastoral, historical and other contemporary points of view.

The MA in Christian Spirituality programme is validated by the University of Winchester and offers a one-year certificate, a two-year diploma and a three-year MA degree.
