Wellbeing, Identity and Spirituality

  • Course Dates: Thu 30 November 2017, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm

What does wellbeing mean, and how can we foster it?

How is it related to our sense of ourselves and our identities? What spiritual and theological resources are helpful in giving us a positive sense of ourselves and our calling to be authentic?

This will be a creative day of theological exploration and reflection on who we are and how we flourish. The day includes the launch at noon of Alison Webster’s new book, Found Out – details here.
