Rural Churches: The Story of Community
- Course Dates: Thu 19 October 2017, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm

What makes rural theology, ministry and mission distinctive?
This day offers an opportunity to reflect on what it means to be the body of Christ in a rural context and how this shapes our vision of ministry and mission.
The morning sessions will focus on the distinctiveness of rural theology from a narrative perspective: what does it mean to be God’s people at a specific place and time? The afternoon will give time to apply this perspective to our own particular contexts and look at its practical implications.
