Enriching Ministry: The Practice of Pastoral Supervision (1st of 2)
- Course Dates: Wed 1 October 2014, 11:00 am to Thu 2 October 2014, 4:00 pm

This residential course is designed for anyone in pastoral ministry, lay or ordained, wishing to develop their skills and understanding of pastoral supervision.
Places are limited to 15 in order to facilitate an adult learning environment that blends theory and practical skills development. Participants need to have experience of being in supervision as well as supervising others, and be willing to share their supervisory experience with the group. The course units have been specifically spaced to maximise reflective learning as well as to provide an opportunity to practise what has been experience during sessions.
Some of the areas that will be covered include models of supervision, establishing a working alliance, attending to the context in which the supervision takes place and the skills of supervision including reviewing the process.
Contact Tony Nolan for more information and an application form
