2015 Magna Carta Lectures with Neil MacGregor

Neil MacGregor – Making the Magna Carta We Want: The Unintended Meanings of an Icon.
Neil MacGregor is one of the world’s most eminent art historians, whose ability to tell the stories of objects has helped spark a nationwide interest in museums and collections. He is best known for his radio programme and book, The History of the World in 100 Objects, and has been described as “The object that is currently the British Museum’s most valuable.”
Free entry, retiring collection.
