Richard Amey has 25 years experience in food service. He trained as an apprentice in a French a la carte restaurant, worked in the south of France and London before coming to Salisbury.
He especially enjoys catering for special events, weddings, parties.
Under Richard’s direction, the Sarum College Dining Room has adopted a policy of using locally sourced products. All eggs are free range. Bread and desserts are homemade.
