This module explores the development of Eucharistic worship from the New Testament to the contemporary church through an analysis of the most significant primary and secondary sources.
Students will gain an understanding of the theological, historical and social influences upon the eucharist and be equipped for independent study of the topic.
Those not on the MA programme are very welcome to book on this course as an auditor.
